MIDDLE SCHOOL
Mt. Salus Christian School recognizes the middle school years are a time of great physical, mental,
and social development for students. It
is our goal to assist in the parents’ responsibility of bending the students in
the directions that most honor God’s plan for them.
Students are offered
traditional and honors tracks for each subject area. With a self-imposed limit
of twenty students per class, everyone has an excellent opportunity to excel
according to his or her gifts. Unique courses
such as Omnibus I and II are offered as solid, inter-disciplinary studies of
history. These and each of the other
middle school courses are designed to draw upon the dialectic nature of these
students’ minds and build a solid basis for which to build upon during the high
school years.
Students additionally have
the opportunity to become involved in a variety of extracurricular activities,
clubs, and team sports. These activities help build strong friendships and
teach students valuable lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship, and striving to
enhance their God-given abilities.
