HIGH SCHOOL
Mt. Salus Christian High School believes in providing Christ-centered, academic excellence by supplying a godly, intelligent faculty that can teach Christianly. Our ultimate objective is for our students to become lifelong learners by teaching them how to learn. We believe that this must be done in order that they might better know the Creator and better enjoy the world over which we have been given dominion. Emphasis for each individual student is placed on personal responsibility. Students find that when they are on time and prepared, whether it is reading or written homework, classes can be a joy instead of drudgery. Our approach and methods have fostered students who can truly think for themselves. The end result is that our students excel at standardized testing as well as whatever further studies they are led to choose.
Mt. Salus is accredited by the Mississippi Private School Association and options for further accreditation are being examined.
