The 2nd Annual Mt. Salus Benefit Golf Scramble will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Patrick Farms Golf Club.  Individuals may enter at a cost of $100 or $400 per 4-Man Team.  Registration begins at 11:00am with lunch at 12:00.  We will have a shotgun start at 1:00 pm with awards and door prizes presented afterwards.
